      How the pot works

      1. The raise. Plant the first raise with 0.002 ETH or more; every raise after it clears the top bid by 0.001 or more. Holders of 5,000 $RAISEPOT.
      2. Raised over. A raise sends its bid, plus 10% of the bid it goes over, plus 2% of its own bid into the pot. The wallet raised over is credited its whole bid plus the 10%, at once.
      3. Close. Each pot runs 25 minutes. A raise in the last 150 seconds pushes the close to 150 seconds after it. At close the top raise gets its bid back plus the whole pot, and the next pot is planted.

      A holds the pot at 0.030. B raises to 0.031 and sends 0.031 + 0.003 + 0.00062 = 0.03462. A is credited 0.033 on the spot: the 0.030 back plus 0.003. Nobody raises over B before close, so B gets the 0.031 back plus the pot.

      Anyone can close a pot once its clock is out, and a pot with no raise just replants its clock. Credits wait in the contract until you withdraw them. Nobody takes a cut.
